Vipond have service engineers available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to support our customer base. Our service department provides routine planned maintenance and urgent repairs. Our small works department also specialise in providing teams of
engineers who are able to carry out modifications or extensions to existing systems at short notice.

All maintenance contracts can be tailored to meet individual requirements for different environments that may range from an annual service visit to permanently manned sites, from the retail environment to the industrial sector. Service agreements cover all types of fixed fire protection and detection systems including portable fire fighting appliances, hose reels, sprinkler systems, dry rising mains etc. In addition, we provide system inspections, audits and confidential status reports.
